We will be happy to coordinate the return and replacement of defective, damaged or unsatisfactory merchandise. We also offer in store credit (less shipping charges) or replacement with an item of equal value. Shipping is not charged on replacements.
Full Refunds are available for product returns, if claimed within 10 days of receipt, less shipping and handling charges. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number (RA#). The RA# must be displayed on the outside of the shipping carton. Please call us @ (630) 837-5185 or e-mail us at e-mail to obtain your RA#.
Shipping Method
Merchandise will be shipped via UPS, FED EX or USPS ground (our choice) within 2 or 3 business days. Expedited shipping is available for Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Air. Call us if you have specific shipping requirements. We will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping charges are calculated according to the total package weight to your destination or destination of your choice. Handling Charges are meant to cover our processing costs to deliver the product to you.
